The Supper Club is excited to welcome Pete Denhart as our chef in residence. His honed culinary skills showcase the local ingredients from around Japan using combinations of woodfired apple-fed wagyu beef and freshly caught fish and seasonal vegetables, to create delightful new Japanese-fusion taste sensations. Enjoy a carefully curated selection of wine and sake by the fireplace as a prelude to a sumptuous evening meal. Remember to save a little space for roasting marshmallows by the fire!
