The Supper Club

The Supper Club is excited to welcome Pete Denhart as our chef in residence. His honed culinary skills showcase the local ingredients from around Japan using combinations of woodfired apple-fed wagyu beef and freshly caught fish and seasonal vegetables, to create delightful new Japanese-fusion taste sensations. Enjoy a carefully curated selection of wine and sake by the fireplace as a prelude to a sumptuous evening meal. Remember to save a little space for roasting marshmallows by the fire! Reservations are preferred.
