The Non Flexible option is paid in full at time of booking and is non refundable under all circumstances.
The Semi Flexible option is a little different. We take a non refundable deposit of 30% at time of booking and then final payment is due 60 days before arrival. The final payment is also non refundable.
Please take out travel insurance as they offer cancellation cover under some circumstances. Please read the PDS of the Travel Insurance you choose and make sure it is the right product for you and that you understand the policy.
